The following privacy policy is followed for www.distanceweb.net:

1. We currently DO NOT use cookies to manage the session between your browser and our web site.
   Should our policy change regarding the use of cookies, DistanceWeb will post those changes to our privacy policy
   
   
2. We will not share information you provide us without your permission.
   This includes personal contact information or information about your e-mail campaigns that we gather as part of providing our service.  We may publish data about e-mail campaigns aggregated across multiple clients.
   
    
3. DistanceWeb does not use your name, address, email address, or phone number to deliver Internet ads.
   DistanceWeb does use information about your browser and Web surfing to determine how to optimize its site.
   
   
4. If you provide us with your postal address on our web site, we may mail you from time to time.
   If you no longer wish to receive mailings from us, please contact us via e-mail or postal mail at the addresses below, and we will remove you from our postal mailing list.  Please include your full name, company name and address in your communications with us, so that we can better process your request.
   
   
5. You can control the email you receive (when we start to gather e-mail addresses on our site).  DistanceWeb does not currently collect e-mail addresses on its web site.  However, when we do, we will only send e-mail messages to those who have explicitly opted in to receive e-mail communications from us on web site.  When you sign up for an e-mail communication from us, it will be clear exactly what you are signing up for.  We will provide you an easy way to unsubscribe from our e-mail publications
   
   
6. The promises we make about information you give us online should be upheld.
   DistanceWeb may change its policy as new products are added or old ones are changed, but DistanceWeb treats information it owns in a manner consistent with the policy under which it was collected, unless we have your consent to use it differently. If part or all of Assurance Systems businesses are sold or transferred, we will take steps to assure that these same principles apply.
